I’ve helped writers at all stages of their careers, from those just starting out, to published authors, as well as ghostwriting for private clients. I gained experience of assisting new and intermediate writers whilst directing Storyslingers writing group, and since studying an MA in Writing for Young People I’ve assisted several professional authors.
My creative writing has been published in various ezines and anthologies, and has won or been shortlisted in competitions including Writers of the Future Contest.

Mentoring: from £62 per session
Similar to an MA Writing experience. You’ll be set exercises, get feedback, learn about how to find an agent or publisher, or how to self-publish, as well as receive tips on self-promotion. I’ll see you through a project in the same way an MA manuscript tutor sees their students through their MA. Book by the session or term.
Feedback: short stories from £50 | novellas £325 | novels from £550
Go for this option if you’d like feedback on your writing. I’ll look at pacing, characterisation, structure, theme, style, and basic grammar and formatting.
